Washington D.C. is one of the most well known cities in the
world – our nation’s capital. Not only is it constantly bustling with political
action, but it is also a place full of history and adventure. Having the
opportunity to do an internship in D.C. can provide you with networking
opportunities, great resume experience and also a lot of fun.
Our interns always love their time in D.C. and here is a
list of a few of their favorite attractions:
United States Capitol Building
The Jefferson Memorial (especially at night!)
The Washington Monument
The Lincoln Memorial
And it doesn’t end there! Planet Ware has comprised a list
of the 15 top-rated attractions of D.C., complete with photos and some great
information. Check it out here!
Also, you might not know a lot
about the district itself.
